Everything was as we expected — the house was gorgeous and exactly as pictured and it had everything we needed and some things we didn’t even know we’d need. And Clayton is even cuter than we expected. We hiked in four states from this one home base, all within two hours’ drive. One thing to note: Apple Maps gets the last 500 yards of the directions to the house wrong. Not a big deal but worth knowing ahead of time.

Jen and Jason are WONDERFUL host! The cabin was luxurious and stocked with amenities. It was the perfect spot to accommodate family during a wedding at Chota Falls. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone attending festivities who would rather stay off-site.

Exceptional stay from start to finish. Jen and Jason were fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and helpful from the moment we booked all the way through departure. The home truly has everything you could need. Traveling with kids and dogs can be a challenge, but they’ve thought of it all. It’s one of those places where you notice the little things—well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, thoughtful touches throughout—that make the stay effortless and enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, and the setting is just as impressive. Everything feels very intentional—cozy and romantic, while still being perfect for a fun family getaway. We came to Clayton for a long weekend to unplug and spend quality time together, and this place delivered beyond expectations. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. 10/10—highly recommend.

Jen and Jason were excellent hosts, and the property (home and surroundings) were incredible. Rabun County has replaced Blue Ridge as my favorite Georgia mountain destination and we will definitely be back to Sassy Cabin.

Just got home from staying at the Sassy Cabin yesterday. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, very updated with a well-stocked kitchen. It is the perfect size for 2-3 couples or a family. Jen and Jason were super responsive to my questions. We would definitely choose this cabin again. A+++

We had an awesome stay here. The cabin had that perfect cozy, romantic feel we were hoping for. It was exactly what we needed to relax and unplug. The cabin was also amazingly decorated and really added to the whole experience. The beds were super comfortable, which honestly made a big difference after long days out (which weren’t many because we definitely took advantage of the downtime and binge-watched some shows we can’t watch with the kids around). The host was amazing. They were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The swim spa was a really cool feature. There’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but the host was super helpful. Once we got the hang of it, the hot tub side ended up being our favorite. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk into town. It was such a nice touch not having to drive everywhere. We’re already talking about coming back, and next time bringing the whole family.

Spotless, just as listed, family and pet friendly, amenities like beach chairs and towels and doggie wipes are a special touch! Location is fantastic , walkable , so much to do and a short drive to Clearwater beach.. clear instructions and constant follow up from the host. Loved the decor !! will definitely book again!

Jen & Jason's place was just perfect. We were able to have our daughters first baby shower their with all our family and the place and yard couldn't have been any better. Everything was so thought out on the property and the home. Everything made you felt right a home. Thank you Jen and Jason

We had a wonderful stay! The space is beautifully maintained — you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. The location is fantastic, with great walkability to nearby spots, and everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the home is, which made traveling with our pup so much easier. Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely home to stay in. It is just off the main road, but seems very private and secluded. The setting is wonderful and peaceful. The hosts provide all you need and more for your stay, and everything is high quality and nice! We really enjoyed our stay!
