You can spend all day wandering between the marina, restaurants, and galleries and still makes the short trip to the beach. With downtown just a block away, it's easy to get there by foot, but golf cart and bike rentals are also available. Private access to entire 2 bedroom approx. 850 Sq foot cottage. Reserved on-site parking provided for one car. Second space is first come. Additional public parking available close by. Quiet time at 10pm. Our cottages are on a small downtown street. Our prime location means you can keep the late-night fun downtown, then tip toe back to the quiet of your own place. Please consider that all guests will need to follow this house rule. Gracias!

Great place to stay. Several blocks from downtown Dunedin. Well stocked with anything you need. Pet friendly which was a big plus as we had our two large dogs with us. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! We wanted for nothing during our stay—everything was so cozy and thoughtfully done. The condo felt like home the minute we walked in. Jen truly thought of everything to make it 100% perfect—from the top-notch linens to the fully stocked kitchen and those amazing throw blankets throughout the place. I even asked where she got them and ordered six for my girlfriends because we all loved them so much! The location was ideal, close to everything, and parking was super easy. Jen was in touch the whole time—kind, quick to respond, and full of great local tips. One of those rare stays where everything just clicks. Cozy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

The house was impeccable—spotlessly clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches like doggie blankets and bowls—our pup absolutely loved it! Jenn and Jason were outstanding hosts. They responded quickly to any questions and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect—everything we needed was just a 5-minute walk up the street. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for on this trip. Being from Tampa, we were really excited to check out one of our nearby waterfront communities and Dunedin did not disappoint. Jen and Jason's listing was such a gem! It was located right off of Main St. There was a little path from the listing's street to Dunedin Brewery, a really cool spot right across from a great little market. We brought our two toddlers on this trip and the listing was perfect for families. Didn't feel like I had to be on pins and needles and had everything we needed to feel at home (crib, nothing too fragile, space to be a kid, etc.). We will definitely be returning!

The house is in a perfect location, you can walk to anything! The home is very clean and everything you need is there. The host are wonderful and make sure you do not need anything. Would definitely stay there again. We fell in love with this town!

Dunedin was voted one of America’s most walkable towns. You really don’t need a car to enjoy Dunedin! Bikes and golf cart rentals are available. A downtown looper can take you to your favorite spot. Or try Tiki Rides, a free shuttle party bus, making it easy to hit all the spots on your list. If you want to venture a bit further try the Jolly Trolley, providing service to Clearwater Beach, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs and Safety Harbor. Headed to Clearwater Beach? Walk to the marina and catch the Clearwater Ferry to Clearwater Beach (Fri/Sat/Sun- check their website for exact date availability). A nice boat ride and none of the hassles of beach parking.
