About Palms Cottage Palms Cottage is approximately 1,062 square feet of comfortable living space. Remodeled in 2022, the home features a fresh, modern style with cheerful Florida-inspired color and bright, welcoming rooms. Private yard creates a tucked away feeling. The primary bedroom features a king bed, with a full bathroom conveniently located nearby. The equally beautiful and welcoming second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own private en suite bathroom. The cottage also includes a bright, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, dedicated workspace, board games, smart television, and in-home laundry. Outside, guests have exclusive use of the fully fenced backyard, along with outdoor lounge and dining areas, a grill, and fire pit. The enclosed yard creates a private place to relax while remaining only a short walk from downtown. Palms is the rear cottage on a property with two separate vacation homes. Pickets Cottage, a two-bedroom, one-bath rental, is located toward the front of the property. Each cottage has its own private entrance, interior living space, yard, and outdoor amenities. The driveway and parking area are shared, and guests may occasionally see those staying at the neighboring cottage when arriving or departing. Traveling with a larger group? Palms Cottage and Pickets Cottage may be booked together, subject to availability, allowing family and friends to stay nearby while enjoying two separate private homes. One from the hallway into the king bedroom, one from hallway into the living room, one from the kitchen into the dining room and one from the laundry room to dining room.
