Charming Cottages & Scenic Lodges in Dunedin & Clayton

We absolutely loved our trip to Dunedin our location was in perfect in walking distance to the charming downtown area - our accommodations were truly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. The cleaning was and decor are beautiful and we had everything and more we could even need. Five starts to this host and their hospitality

We spent our son’s birthday for a few days here. The place was perfect with a great host. Beach was close and lots to do in the area. Would stay again if we were in the area.

An amazing stay a Sassy Cabin! Exceeding our expectations the arrangement was well thought out and comfortable with plenty of room for the six of us and our fur children. Thoughtful amenities throughout for everyone and a great attention to detail, ambience and comfort. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom and super comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Owners communicate well before your stay and are responsive to any questions you may have. A very peaceful getaway. We will miss our morning coffee with the beautiful Mountain View. Plan on staying here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jen and Jason’s place! It was incredibly cozy and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire space was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better — we were able to walk to the downtown area every day, which made exploring the town so easy and fun. Jen and Jason were fantastic hosts, offering excellent recommendations for local spots to eat and visit — each one was a hit. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Amazing location! So walkable to local restaurants and shops. The space was comfortable and perfect for a girls trip. We really appreciated the beach chairs/towels/cooler being provided. Jen was helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. We will definitely book again if we ever go back!

The host was great—responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! Definitely one of our favorites so far. Jen and Jason's place in the charming town of Dunedin was walkable to everything, and absolutely adorable and comfortable inside. Jen and Jason were very quick to respond to any questions, and have put so much thought into stocking the house with everything one could need from games to beach equipment, blankets, towels, kitchenware, etc. It was absolutely lovely and we will for sure request to stay again when we return to Dunedin. Highest recommendation!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Our stay was incredible! I couldn’t get over how comfortable, beautiful, and functional the cottage was. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, and the amenities were truly top-notch. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. Jen and Jason were both personable and professional, which made our stay even more memorable. The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown Dunedin and surrounded by fantastic local restaurants. It’s also only a 10–15 minute drive to both Caladesi and Honeymoon Island. We’ll definitely be back!

There aren't enough stars in a Clayton, Georgia sky to adequately describe Sassy Cabin. Everything about it was as advertised. We were really impressed with the outdoor space, the views from the deck, the kitchen amenities, the linens and comfortable mattresses and the overall general aesthetic and design of the home. The cabin is within striking distance of great state parks, Highlands and Cashiers NC and just a couple of miles to Clayton's downtown. We had two terrific dinners there - Vandiver (new) and Stekoa Creek. Nice shopping too. Needless to say Sassy will be on a regular rotation for us either for Fall colors, for Thanksgiving or for a week next summer. Maybe all three :)
