Awesome cabin in Clayton. House was very comfortable and had very thoughtful touches throughout the home. Jen and Thomas know how to make it feel like home. We loved it and had everything we needed. We plan on moving to the area and this was a great place to learn more about Clayton. Thank you!!

Perfect place to get away and recharge your batteries. The home was stocked with everything, to the point that you could move in tomorrow. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and neat, and the views are amazing. Very quiet, peaceful, and comfy bed, making for a great night's sleep! Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Clayton! The house was great and perfect for our family, with easy access to town. The pool/hot tub was a highlight and we loved the fireplace in the family room. The house was well clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!

This is the second property we have rented from Jen and Jason. Top knotch hosts and accommodations from beginning to end. This House is by far our favorite Air B&B and I would highly recommend. This house is spacious, comfortable, sparking clean with updated beautiful coastal decor just as pictured. Large private covered back porch with Adirondacks and a big backyard are perfect for hanging out with friends or family. Amenities are abundant and you will want for nothing . Master bedroom and bath were a plus. You are steps away from Main Street Dunedin with so many great restaurants, breweries, shops and fun events going on. Hosts are always so friendly and easy to contact. We can’t wait to come back to the Barefoot Parrot House!

Great place to stay. Several blocks from downtown Dunedin. Well stocked with anything you need. Pet friendly which was a big plus as we had our two large dogs with us. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay again

Very comfortable space that’s nicely decorated. The location was quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The house was 20 minutes from the Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater. We felt right at home. Jen and Jason were quick to respond to our questions but we really didn’t have any issues! The house included beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas which we took full advantage of to check out Honeymoon State Park - it was beautiful! We would definitely stay again

This place was amazing! It was private and beautiful but close to everything in Clayton and surrounding areas. My daughter loved the upstairs loft and wanted to hang up there our entire vacation. She loved it so much that she wanted us to move there. The hot tub/pool combo was a great place to hang out and relax, and the fire pit had everything we needed. The hosts really think of everything and make this place even better. We will definitely stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! We wanted for nothing during our stay—everything was so cozy and thoughtfully done. The condo felt like home the minute we walked in. Jen truly thought of everything to make it 100% perfect—from the top-notch linens to the fully stocked kitchen and those amazing throw blankets throughout the place. I even asked where she got them and ordered six for my girlfriends because we all loved them so much! The location was ideal, close to everything, and parking was super easy. Jen was in touch the whole time—kind, quick to respond, and full of great local tips. One of those rare stays where everything just clicks. Cozy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!
