We try and stay at a Jen and Jason property whenever we’re coming to visit my folks. This particular place is on the other side of the Dunedin Brewery, a few houses away so you wouldn’t be bothered by noise. You can walk to a bunch of excellent restaurants and a grocery store. There’s a bike rental place a block or so away and a very long bike trail that runs all the way to the beach if you’re into that sort of thing. The place itself is perfect for kids and can also accommodate pets. There’s a playground near the water within walking distance that we got a lot of use out of. We cooked dinner on one night and the kitchen is more than adequate. There’s something really lovely about this location!

Jen and Jason’s place was beautiful and well stocked with anything you could need. The location- just a couple minutes to Main St is awesome. Dunedin is super charming! We had an issue and Jen responded quickly and professionally.

We had the nicest and most relaxing stay at Jen and Jason’s place! The host truly thought of every detail to make it comfortable. The town is so sweet with the home being less than a block from great restaurants and breweries! Would absolutely recommend if you are looking to spend time in Dunedin or at the Clearwater beaches!

The space and accomodations were perfect! The decor was so appropriate for a Florida home, and everything we needed was provided for us to enjoy. We definitely will schedule again ... and hopefully soon!

This house is AMAZING. Beautifully designed, clean and with the mountains as the backdrop, you can’t go wrong. The hosts truly thought of everything. Puzzles, blankets galore, hot chocolate and coffee bar, pet supplies, fire pit, hot tub, toiletries, local maps/guides, etc. Was the perfect stay as we enjoyed the local gems and took in Mother Nature!!

What can I say that others haven’t said already … Jen and Jason‘s place is a comfy, very well-equipped cottage on a quiet dead-end street, but within walking distance of downtown and eateries. We appreciated how clean it was - no black soles when walking barefoot. Bedrooms are sunny, beds and linens are super comfortable, towels are fluffy and plentiful. Even though it‘s a cottage, the living room has a cathedral ceiling which gives it a more spacious feeling. Although the cottage abuts another apartment, we didn‘t hear a peep from next door. Jen and Jason checked in on us promptly and communication throughout our stay was great. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay in Dunedin at Jen & Jason's unit. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect and we loved being able to walk everywhere. We've stayed in several rentals in Dunedin and you really can't do much better than this place! Can't wait to go back.

Awesome cabin in Clayton. House was very comfortable and had very thoughtful touches throughout the home. Jen and Thomas know how to make it feel like home. We loved it and had everything we needed. We plan on moving to the area and this was a great place to learn more about Clayton. Thank you!!

Perfect place to get away and recharge your batteries. The home was stocked with everything, to the point that you could move in tomorrow. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and neat, and the views are amazing. Very quiet, peaceful, and comfy bed, making for a great night's sleep! Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Clayton! The house was great and perfect for our family, with easy access to town. The pool/hot tub was a highlight and we loved the fireplace in the family room. The house was well clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay there again!
