Our stay was amazing! The hosts were very thoughtful in providing everything we could possibly need. Wine glasses, ponchos, beach towels and blankets, beach chairs, spices, coffee pods(plenty),creamers,ice, and tons of towels were all things we appreciated. They provided clear instructions for the home and what to do when leaving. The location was ideal, with stores, restaurants and breweries all within walking distance. We were also able to check in early because it was midweek! We have been several places on "girls" trips and nominate this place as our favorite! Great price too!

Our stay was great! Communication with the host was seamless with quick responses and helpful recommendations. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. They provided everything needed for a relaxing beach getaway. From the chairs to the towels and even a small cooler, it was perfect for us as we had flown in. Highly recommend this cute and cozy place!

Wow! The cottage was spacious, clean and loved how it was furnished. Beds and linens were 5 star and it was the perfect size for my family. Everything was walkable and the location could not have been better. I didn’t realize it was pet friendly until I saw all the welcoming blankets, dishes and items to make pups feel welcome too! Spotlessly clean and the couch was so comfortable and felt high end. We love Dunedin and it will be a few years before retiring there so we will be staying here each visit! Jen was so attentive and proactive to all of our needs and made fantastic restaurant recommendations for us too. You have all the beach gear you need as well including premium beach blankets. We will be back and will book here always!

The most perfect house, in the perfect location! I wouldn’t have changed one thing…it was decorated amazing and free of clutter. Kitchen was well stocked and they seriously thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Being from Tampa, we were really excited to check out one of our nearby waterfront communities and Dunedin did not disappoint. Jen and Jason's listing was such a gem! It was located right off of Main St. There was a little path from the listing's street to Dunedin Brewery, a really cool spot right across from a great little market. We brought our two toddlers on this trip and the listing was perfect for families. Didn't feel like I had to be on pins and needles and had everything we needed to feel at home (crib, nothing too fragile, space to be a kid, etc.). We will definitely be returning!

I stayed here with my bridal party the day before my wedding and this is hands down best host I’ve had in awhile! They accommodated every single request we had and had an amazing home! Super clean, very homey and beautiful and right next to great restaurants! I would recommend them to anyone traveling in this area. The host have great communication and are very flexible with your needs. Thank you so much for having us! We enjoyed talking out on the spacious back porch and having a glass of wine and enjoying each others company before the big day. Thanks again! ♥️

The house is in a perfect location, you can walk to anything! The home is very clean and everything you need is there. The host are wonderful and make sure you do not need anything. Would definitely stay there again. We fell in love with this town!

Beautiful space, would love to visit again! We rented last minute and the host was very quick to respond. Everything was exactly as pictured, very cute and clean. Very close to town for restaurants, coffee etc. Wished we could have stayed longer!
